weddings... I love weddings! Drinks all around!

This week is the week of marriages, it seems. Yesterday, Kyle and I went up to my roommate Bree's wedding reception (congratulations to the two newly-hitched!) and tomorrow, we're going to celebrate his roommate's marriage. I think someone else I know is also getting married today, but I don't have an invite from them, and I can't remember who it was. C'est la vie.

But Bree's reception was so beautiful. We barely made it in time because bishop had wanted to talk to me, then we had car troubles, but it was still manageable. The brake system is acting funny, and as it was a problem a few days ago, it's not nearly as scary as it once was. Anyways... Bree's wedding! It was lovely, the two birds were totally in love, and the dress was perfectly marvelous. The reception was outside, and it was freezing (it was the weirdest thing - it was June 16th and at least 50 degrees or so), but still absolutely gorgeous. I'm so happy for Bree, but I'm still going to miss the girl.

At least there won't be any action on the doorstep, anymore. As Tyler once said, "The awkward doorstep scenes move inside when you get married."

Here is wisdom of the day: Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

Actually, recently I've been obsessed with trying to find a good definition between fruits and vegetables. Think about it, there isn't a good way to describe the difference between the two! When I posed the question to one of my roommates, she said that^^ instead.
