Our new apartment

And here it is! Our two bedroom apartment!

(I forgot our camera, so we took some pictures with Kyle's phone, and I think they are actually pretty good quality, considering it's from your average flip phone!)

We went up today with all the measurements of our furniture and a tape measure, just to see how well our stuff would end up fitting since it is just a teenie bit smaller than our current apartment. At the same time, it seems bigger just because our current apartment is all hallway. I suppose a better description for our new apartment is "cozy." Anyway, we have a good idea of what will fit where, and the final verdict is that we're losing one love seat. Having it would be a little too crowded for comfort, so Kyle's parents will be keeping it for us for the next couple of years before we move again.

However, we did gain one piece of furniture, and it is that desk up there! My brand new sewing table! A previous tenant left it, and I am so happy for it because now I have a nice solid desk with which to do some sewing! Who's happy? This girl! And I think I'd rather this desk than our love seat anyways, so...

Also, I love our floor-to-ceiling window! And the lighting! Going through here today and imagining where everything would go made me so excited to move in.
